So I've been waiting since Spring to see this baby bloom. Fall is my favorite time of year, in part because I LOVE sunflowers. I came home today to find my beauty like this. HOW RUDE! I had just added the bungees yesterday because the head was getting so big it was falling over. I took the first picture a couple of weeks ago so it was quite a bit larger. When I saw it I said
"Oh no Gage someone stole Mommy's sunflower."
" Why would someone steal your flower Mommy? Maybe they don't like flowers."
"No, I think they really like flowers and that's why they took it."
"Yeah, but they must not like the stems."
