So they've accepted our offer! Now we just need to see what happens with the inspection. So, I found a picture of the house back in 2000 just before the current owner purchased it. He's made quite a few changes. I love the look of the old windows but new windows are definitely a plus! This house is in a town outside of Salt Lake. Nate will have about half an hour commute to work but it's about $40,000 less than any condo we've looked at in the city...we'll have a yard! I'm so excited, even though Nathan is trying to keep me calm just in case it still doesn't go through...so level headed ; )
