I got the recommendation for this one out of Parenting magazine. They said it was a great read for Mom's because it's a compilation of short stories so even if you only made it through one you would feel a sense of accomplishment. I made it through three and was disappointed. Have any of you seen the movie Doubt? This book reminds me of that. All the stories just drop and the end and let you decide what's really going on. I don't like that. I guess I used to, but I'm all about resolution now. I wonder too much if what I'm thinking is what the author was thinking. I almost feel like if I'M the one coming up with the ending what in the world is the author getting paid for?
Crazy...I know.
